SERBIA WORK PERMIT

GAMA HORA provides an official Serbia Work Permit Those who wanting to work in Serbia require: An entry D-Visa (for work) for stays from 90 to 180 days which allows for a temporary residence stay. A work permit – valid between 3, 6 and 12 months. A temporary residence permit for up to one year which can be applied for once in Serbia and the D-visa expires.

A long-term visa is permission to enter and stay in the territory of the Republic of Serbia between 90 and 180 days. and it’s applicable to apply for a Temporary Residence Permit in Serbia. And continuous stay, i.e., the total duration of consecutive stays of a foreigner with a long-stay visa, cannot exceed 180 days in a period of one year.

APPLICATIONS PROCESS THROUGH EMBASSY OF SERBIA IN IRAN:

A visa for a long stay (from 91 to 180 days) is issued for employment, education, study, international exchange of pupils and students, professional practice, specialization, scientific research work, performing religious services, treatment or medical care, ownership of real estate, family reunification (when the spouse is a citizen of the Republic of Serbia). A visa can be issued for one, two or more entries into the Republic of Serbia.

Continuous stay, i.e., the total duration of consecutive stays of a foreigner with a long-stay visa, cannot exceed 180 days in a period of one year.

Required Document:

Submit the following documents to fully complete your Serbian work visa application process:

  • Travel document valid for at least 90 days from the last day of visa validity
  • Photo size 3.5 x 4.5 cm.
  • Completed Visa Application
  • Letter of Invitation and corresponding contracts, certificates, decisions and assurances of companies or institutions in Serbia, stating the nature and expected duration of the visit, as well as a letter from the Iranian company or institution you represent. Family reunification requires an invitation letter   from the spouse certified by the competent authority of the Republic of Serbia (notary) and an extract from the MKV not older than six months.
  • Proof of Residence in the Islamic Republic of Iran (residence permit), if the visa applicant is not a citizen of Iran, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
  • Reservation of a Return Ticket or Itinerary
  • Proof of Having Financial Resources for a stay in Serbia (50 EUR per day of stay)
  • Health Insurance

 

If the applicant is a minor and travels to Serbia without his parents, he must submit a written consent of his parents translated into Serbian or English and certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran.

A VISA APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED IN PERSON AT LEAST THREE WEEKS PRIOR TO THE PLANNED TRIP TO THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA.

The Embassy reserves the right to request additional documentation.

Embassy will not consider incomplete visa applications.

Visa Processing Time:

The processing time for employment Visa D usually takes up to 15 days. In some cases, this may take longer, but not more than 30 days.
